Secure Payment:

At Respect Egypt Tours, we take securing your payment information seriously. All payments are processed via a secure payment link provided by our trusted partner, We Travel Agency. This link uses industry-standard encryption and security protocols to ensure your payment information is protected.

• SSL Encryption: Our website is secure with SSL encryption. Your information, including payment details, is transmitted securely online. Our SSL encryption protects your data from interception and theft by encrypting it during transmission.

• PCI Compliance: We comply with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) regulations designed to protect your payment information from fraud and theft. These regulations set strict standards for the handling, storing, and transmitting of payment information.

• No Storage of Payment Information: Our servers do not store your payment information. After processing your payment through the We Travel Agency secure payment link, we immediately delete your payment details from our servers to ensure that your sensitive information is not vulnerable to theft or misuse.

• Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code: We participate in the Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code programs to enhance security for online payments.

Payment:

To confirm your reservation, please complete the payment form available on the Respect Egypt Tours website. Once you fill out the form with your personal information, group size, individual names, passport numbers, valid credit card number, and any other relevant details, you will receive a payment link from We Travel Agency to complete your payment for the full tour fee. This payment link will securely process your payment for the total price.

Flight Ticket Payments:

• Flight tickets: The cost of flight tickets is part of the total tour price and must be paid in full at the time of booking, along with your deposit, via the We Travel Agency secure payment link.

• Other Payments: The remaining balance for the tour (excluding flight tickets) can be paid in installments as outlined below, via the same secure payment link.

Installment Policy:

At Respect Egypt Tours, we understand that paying for a tour in a single lump sum can be challenging for some clients. Therefore, we offer installment payment options to make it easier. Payments will be processed through the WeTravel Agency secure payment link. The installments are:

• First installment: 25% of the full tour price is due at least 60 days prior to the tour start date.

• Second installment: 25% of the full tour price is due at least 45 days prior to the tour start date.

• Final installment: 50% of the full tour price is due at least 30 days prior to the tour start date.

Please ensure that your payments are made on time to avoid cancellation. Failure to make payments in accordance with the above schedule may result in the cancellation of your reservation. A grace period of X days may apply, after which late fees or cancellation will be enforced.

Special Events (e.g., Eclipse 2027):

For events such as Eclipse 2027, full payment is required by April 2027 due to high demand and limited availability. After April, 50% of the total payment will not be refunded. The payment will also be processed through the WeTravel Agency secure payment link. Failure to complete your payment by the deadline may cause automatic cancellation of your booking, and standard cancellation fees will apply.

Please ensure that your payments are made on time to secure your booking for such events.

Cancellation:

We understand plans can change, and canceling your tour may be necessary. To cancel, please send us a written confirmation via email or WhatsApp. Cancellation fees apply depending on the number of days before your arrival date. The following scale of charges will be applied:

• 61 days or more before arrival: 15% of the entire tour price will be charged.

• 60 to 30 days before arrival: 25% of the total tour price will be charged.

• 29 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total tour price will be charged.

• 14 to 7 days before arrival: 75% of the total tour price will be charged.

• 6 days or fewer before arrival: 100% of the total tour price will be charged.

Cancellation for Holidays and Events:

For special seasons or events like Eclipse 2027, after charging 50% of the total payment after April 2027 the cancellation policy is as follows:

• From the booking date until 61 days before your arrival date: 25% of the total tour price will be charged.

• Between 60 and 31 days before your scheduled arrival date: 50% will be charged.

• Between 30 and 15 days before your scheduled arrival date: 75% will be charged.

• Between 14 and 1 day before your scheduled arrival date: 100% will be charged.

Please note that your booking confirmation will clearly state any non-refundable deposits or fees.

Cancellation by Respect Egypt Tours:

Once a booking is confirmed with Respect Egypt Tours, we will not cancel the reservation for any tour product, except in cases of Force Majeure (unforeseeable circumstances beyond the company’s control). If the tour is canceled by us before the agreed date of departure for reasons beyond our control, the client will have the following options:

• Substitute Tour: Accept a substitute tour of equivalent or superior value if reasonably available.

• Refund: Receive a full refund of all monies paid for the canceled tour product(s) or transfer amounts paid to an alternate departure date.

Respect Egypt Tours is not responsible for incidental expenses or losses due to the canceled booking, including visas, vaccinations, non-refundable flights, parking fees, loss of earnings, etc. If we cannot provide a suitable alternative, we may issue a partial refund.

Refund Policy:

If you're eligible for a refund, Respect Egypt Tours will process it via We Travel Agency, our trusted partner. Refunds may take 3-7 business days to process. Please note that a $20 transfer fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Refund eligibility will depend on the specific cancellation policy for the product or service you booked. Generally, refunds will be granted under the following conditions:

• Tour Canceled by Respect Egypt Tours: A full refund will be provided.

• Tour Canceled by Customer: Refunds are subject to the cancellation terms above.

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment via We Travel Agency, and customers must adhere to the procedures of their payment provider for claim resolution.

Payment Methods:

We partner with We Travel Agency, and all payments are processed via their secure payment link. Payment methods include:

• Bank Transfer

• Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)

Please note that there is a 2% service fee for credit card payments, and a $20 fee for any transfer-related charges.

Force majeure:

Respect Egypt Tours is not liable for any delay, failure, or cancellation of the tour because of unforeseen circumstances, such as pandemics, strikes, natural disasters, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

In the event of Force majeure, we will offer customers the option to reschedule their tour to a future date or receive a refund for unused services, less non-refundable amounts. However, we are not responsible for any other incidental expenses incurred due to such events.
