Night Cairo tour with Respect Egypt Tours

Feb 2026 • Friends

We had the absolute best experience with our guide, Reda. From the very beginning, she was warm, organized, and incredibly knowledgeable. She brought so much depth and context to everything we saw, but explained it in a way that was engaging and easy to understand, not overwhelming. Reda struck the perfect balance between professional and personable. She made us feel safe, taken care of, and genuinely excited to be there. You could tell she truly loves what she does, and that passion made the entire experience unforgettable. She was attentive to our questions, mindful of our pace, and always one step ahead, whether it was navigating crowds, sharing historical insight, or making sure we were comfortable. Having her as our guide elevated the entire trip. If you get the chance to tour with Reda, take it. She was simply great.

A great guide working for a great tour company

The pre-tour customer service support was the best I’ve experienced for a day trip in a dozen years of travel – highly responsive and clear – including accommodation of my late modification to the itinerary. My thanks to Nada. My guide on a private tour to the GEM and Old Cairo Museum, Laila, is young but knows her subject matter and explains things well. Often with day trip guides you can tell that they know the script but are less comfortable with broader or deeper questions. That is not true of Laila. She has put in the homework needed to know Egypt’s extensive history. She really knows her way around both museums, too, which helped maximize my time. And she has a friendly, casual style that makes her comfortable to be with for a full day. I would not hesitate to request her for another tour. Our driver, Ayman, was excellent. He called me at the hotel the day before the tour to confirm the pick up time. I’ve never had that happen on any other tour. It was a nice touch. On the drive he was good at pointing out local sections of Cairo and landmarks, and was deft at getting off the main road and cutting through a residential section to pick up our guide (it was interesting to see neighborhoods up close).

Great trip !!

Our group of four had an excellent visit to Egypt in mid January, thanks to Respect Egypt Tours. We had built a custom tour for four family members to pick us up at the airport, secure visas, get around Cairo and Luxor, take us to all the must-see sites, and generally babysit us. This tour company exceeded our expectations. Our guides were Wael in Cairo and Ahmad in Luxor, both skilled, knowledgeable and very friendly. The Respect Egypt Tour coordinator, Nada, was more attentive before and during the tour than any I have ever worked with. We highly recommend this company to all who want some hands on when they visit Egypt.

Answers of the questions you're thinking about

Have a Question?

Different kinds of boats, the level of the boat’s luxury, and the length of the cruise all come into play in determining the cost of a Nile River Cruise. For a 3-4 day cruise, though, the prices range from $200 to over $1000 per head, with a greater exclusive offering in case of special cruises. Several packages stand out in terms of budget and cruise type, of having an experience that best fits your needs while ensuring affordability.

If you wish to enjoy the sights in comfort, plan to take a Nile River cruise between the months of October and April. The winter months of December through February are especially suitable since the weather would be quite mild and one can comfortably visit the many sights that Egypt offers.

A Nile River Cruise usually takes from three to seven days depending on the schedule of the chosen cruise. Some cruises like the 3 Days Abu Simbel Temple Nile River Cruise have their focus on the most popular sites along the river. However, fewer people but greater cruises will take you deeper into Ancient Egypt and cut into its more historic locations.

Although most Nile River Cruises run between Luxor and Aswan, travelers can also arrange personalized or tailor-made cruises between Cairo and Luxor. However, because of the limitations at Luxor and Aswan airports, most tourists prefer to first fly to either of the cities and then take a river cruise to see the ancient sites along the river.

Sure! A Nile River cruise will establish an enjoyable atmosphere for the entire family to view Egypt’s landmarks, understand its historical greatness, and rest as a unit. With plenty of family-friendly excursions and lots of fun taken into consideration, it stands out as a brilliant idea for an unforgettable family holiday.

Welcoming you at Respect Egypt Tours means opening the doors to a vacation experience that we have designed with your interests in mind. With our qualified guides, individual support, and attention to detail let us ensure you a pleasant and memorable cruise on the Nile. All this in the comfort of a luxury holiday rich in history and fun and all in the center of Egypt.
